Modbus Register Mapping

Use these registers to read real-time data via Modbus TCP (Local IP) or RTU (RS485). All dashboard data (Counter, ON/OFF, Freq) are 32-bit UINT32 (Big-Endian) using 2 registers.

Channel Discrete (FC02) Discrete (FC04) Counter ON Time (s) OFF Time (s) Frequency (Hz) Analog (mA)
INP1 - 70 - (0) - (0) - (0) - (0) 64 (x1000)

INP8 7 77 14 - 15 30 - 31 46 - 47 62 - 63 (x100) -
Note:
- Discrete (Addr 0): FC02 Status Byte (Packed). Bit 0-7 map to INP1-INP8.
- Discrete (Addr 68): FC04 Status Register (Packed Bitmask). Bit 0-7 map to INP1-INP8.
- Frequency: Multiply the read value by 0.01 (e.g. 5025 = 50.25 Hz).
- Analog (4-20mA): Multiply the read value by 0.001 (e.g. 20000 = 20.00 mA).
- FC: Supports Read Discrete (02), Read Holding (03), and Read Input (04).

Analog Input Calibration Wizard

คำแนะนำก่อนเริ่ม Calibration

Step 1 of 6: 1mA Calibration

1. Please apply a 1.0 mA reference current to Channel .

2. Ensure the signal is stable.

Measured current: -- mA

Step 2 of 6: 4mA Calibration

1. Please apply a 4.0 mA reference current to Channel .

2. Ensure the signal is stable.

Measured current: -- mA

Step 3 of 6: 8mA Calibration

1. Please apply a 8.0 mA reference current to Channel .

2. Ensure the signal is stable.

Measured current: -- mA

Step 4 of 6: 12mA Calibration

1. Please apply a 12.0 mA reference current to Channel .

2. Ensure the signal is stable.

Measured current: -- mA

Step 5 of 6: 16mA Calibration

1. Please apply a 16.0 mA reference current to Channel .

2. Ensure the signal is stable.

Measured current: -- mA

Step 6 of 6: 20mA Calibration (100%)

1. Please apply a 20.0 mA reference current to Channel .

2. Ensure the signal is stable.

Measured current: -- mA
